What happens if I am unreachable when an alert is verified?
If your primary contact does not answer, our operator moves immediately to the next person on your escalation chain. The process continues until someone with authority to act is reached. If the situation requires it, authorities are contacted directly without waiting for you to respond.
Does the process change depending on the type of alert: fire vs. intrusion?
The response protocol is adapted to the nature of the alert. A fire or smoke trigger follows an escalation path that prioritises fire services alongside your emergency contact.
